Stan Dragomir is managing partner of “Dragomir & Asociaţii” Law Firm and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 1991.

Stan practices for more than 20 years in areas such as litigation, public procurement, corporate and real estate.

Stan holds a degree in law since 1980 from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and he also became a specialist in Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law in 1985. After graduating the Faculty of Law, he was a judge for 11 years.

Besides, Stan followed a finances and capital markets course. In 2012, he completed a postgraduate programme of continuing professional development in Private Law.

Stan is an expert in accessing European structural and cohesion funds, and he is also recommended as a legal services expert by the European Legal Experts Directory.

Stan speaks English fluently and at a conversational level, French.

Alina Lefter is partner of “Dragomir & Asociaţii” Law Firm. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 1991.

Alina has over 20 years of experience in litigation focused on commercial, public procurement, administrative, corporate and real estate. She also practices in the areas of public procurement, commercial & corporate, mergers & acquisitions.

Alina holds a degree in law since 1990 with the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and in 1991 she got specialized in International Law. She also completed a scholarship at the Academy of European Law in Florence and has become a specialist in European Community Law in 1994. In 2012, Alina completed a postgraduate training program in Private Law.

Alina is an arbitrator of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, a public procurement expert and also an expert in accessing European structural and cohesion funds.

Alina speaks fluently English as well as French at conversational level.

Dan Oancea is partner of “Dragomir & Asociatii” Law Firm and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 1982*.

Dan has over 30 years of extensive experience in legal advisory services and litigation focused on commercial & corporate, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and intellectual property, family law.
Dan holds a degree in law since 1982 with the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and in 1990 he took his PhD degree in International Commercial Law and Private International Law at same University.

Since 1986 Dan is teaching at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. He is presently professor and Head of the Department of Public Law of same faculty. He is also the Vice-President of the Senate of the University of Bucharest and the President of the Commission for Regulations and Honorary Titles of the University. 

At national professional management level, Dan is Vice-President of the National Association of the Romanian Bars (UNBR) and a member of the Management Board of the National Institute for the Formation of Attorneys (INPPA). 

Dan is an arbitrator of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and a member of the Appellation Commission of the Romanian Anti-Doping Agency.

Being also involved in the activities of non-governmental organizations, Dan is a member of the Directorates of the National Association of Lawyers (Uniunea Juristilor), of the National Association of Liberal Professions and of the Diplomatic Club.
Dan speaks fluently German and English.
