The ways to establish the fees are various, but they are always based on the following principles:
• to correctly reflect the quality and the quantity of our work properly;
• to satisfy our clients when comparing their financial effort with the benefits obtained by working with us.
From one case to another, we can establish global fees for each project or we can establish
hourly fees and, in some situations, success fees. Also, we are always open to discuss and negotiate any other way for establishing fees whenever our clients choose this option.
The fees are part of the general strategy and they are discussed with our clients when we decide together on the legal ways to be pursued. Even after we agreed upon the fees, in case of a modification in the initial conditions as both parties may see fit, we can review the fees periodically.
