WHO WE ARE

"Dragomir & Associates" Law Office has been established in 1996 and was founded through the association of the individual lawyer offices of Alina Lefter and Stan Dragomir.

In 2006, "Dragomir & Associates" reorganized as a Law Office of attorneys at law, due to the changed practice form of exercise.

From the setting up of the firm and up to the present, our activity has been in a continuous transformation and adaptation process relied on our clients’ needs of legal services and on the new legal and institutional coordinates required by the social and political changes in Romania.

THE WAY WE WORK

The success of all our activity is based on two principles:

• the client is our partner;

• the activities of consultancy and representation in court are complementary.

The client is the key element of our activity; therefore any decision regarding the strategy and legal solutions for each legal case has as premise the essential feature and the objectives of the client .

To provide full services for our clients we are permanently cooperating with public notary offices, court executors' offices, experts in judiciary reorganization and liquidation, authorized experts, translation offices, land register offices and accounting companies.

The ways to establish the fees are various but they are always based on the following principles:

• to correctly reflect the quality and the quantity of our work properly;

• to satisfy our clients when comparing their financial effort with the benefits obtained by working with us.
